The location is excellent short walk to stores, supermarket, and Salamanca during summer times, and the rooms are beautiful. Very helpful staff knows how to make your stay VERY PEACEFUL.

We had a great stay at a perfectly located hotel, Besalamanca. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The recent remodel added modern fixtures, and we were pleasantly surprised by the interior room's quietness. Although there was no view, it allowed us to rest well during our stay. The hotel's proximity to all the historic sites and the Plaza Mayor was a major plus. it was a clean and comfortable experience.

I greatly enjoyed staying at Besalamanca and didn't feel like leaving. Everything was perfect during my stay with my friend. The hotel is located in an excellent area next door to the train station and all the major attractions of Salamanca. The staff was very amicable and helpful. I appreciated the availability of a microwave oven, a coffeemaker, and a refrigerator for cooking.

The bed was comfortable and the location was perfectly located close to the city center. The online check-in and check-out with digital keys worked perfectly fine. The staff, particularly the cleaners, were helpful. There was also a kitchen cleaning set provided. Additionally, they allowed early check-in and provided a crib.

The street noise at night, which could be quite disruptive. There was also a big rubbish dumper below the window that was used during the night, adding to the noise.

We had been sent a door code which didn't work so when we arrived we had to wait in the hot sun to gain access via a phone call. There was no one there at all to help or advise. We had been told that there was an arrangement with Le Mans Parking who asked us to get our ticket stamped but there was no one at the hotel to do that. We messaged and an automatic reply said they would answer within 24 hours. We were leaving the next morning. The location was very good, very near to the Plaza Mayor. The studio room was clean and comfortable.

I couldn’t work the ceramic hob. Perhaps I’m just dumb but simple written instructions would have saved me a few grey hairs.
